How billing & cancellation work
- Recurring subscription. Plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the same rate, until you cancel.
- Quote-based pricing. Your price is agreed in writing before your first charge. You are only billed the amount you have agreed to — no hidden or surprise fees.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing billing@ziacode.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. Subscription refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
- Secure payments. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Your agreement. Subscriptions are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
